Michael Mazelon brings more than 22 years of leadership and hands-on experience to Royal Glass, guiding the company with a strong foundation in both technical expertise and business strategy. With a background that includes 11 years at Roy F. Weston, Inc. in engineering consulting and 8 years in sales and marketing with Guardian Auto Glass, Michael developed a comprehensive understanding of construction, materials, and client-focused project delivery before founding Royal Glass.
Under his ownership, Royal Glass has completed a wide range of residential and light commercial projects, including frameless glass showers, custom mirrors, tabletops, after-paint installations, and storefront systems. His commercial portfolio includes recognized national brands such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Dollar Tree, LongHorn Steakhouse, and ALDI, reflecting a consistent ability to deliver precise, durable, and visually refined glass solutions for both new construction and renovation environments.
Michael holds an undergraduate degree in Engineering and an MBA from West Virginia University, combining technical knowledge with operational leadership. He is an active member of the National Glass Association and the Shower Door Professionals Co-Op, staying connected to evolving industry standards and best practices.
Deeply committed to the local business community, Michael has served on the North Central West Virginia Homebuilders Board of Directors for 20 years and maintains active membership with the Better Business Bureau, the Marion County Chamber of Commerce, the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce, and the Monongalia County Chamber of Commerce. His long-standing involvement reflects a dedication not only to craftsmanship, but also to strengthening the region Royal Glass proudly serves.

John Snyder has been a cornerstone of Royal Glass for more than 20 years, bringing dedication, technical expertise, and leadership to every project he touches. As a highly skilled technician, John specializes in the installation of frameless shower enclosures, storefront systems, and custom mirrors, consistently delivering precise workmanship and dependable results.
In addition to his installation expertise, John serves as Royal Glass’s lead trainer and field measurement technician, helping guide new team members while ensuring accuracy from initial measurements through final installation. Known for his exceptional customer service, he has earned consistent praise from clients who value his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to getting the job done right. John is especially recognized for his ability to solve complex challenges and complete installations that others might consider impossible.
John began his career at Royal Glass without prior experience in the glass industry, quickly rising to become a lead technician through hard work, determination, and a natural aptitude for the trade. His leadership has played a key role in expanding the company’s frameless shower division and strengthening its reputation for quality craftsmanship. He also holds an OSHA 30-Hour Safety Training Certification, reinforcing his commitment to maintaining safe, efficient job sites.
Joe has been with Royal Glass almost 8 years. He is our lead technician for commercial storefronts, frameless glass showers, hollow metal door installations, and residential window replacements. Joe has proven that he can handle difficult field installations and troubleshoot issues and make the final outcome pleasing to the customer. Joe holds the OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training Certification
Ronda has been involved in the glass business for over 40 years. Her roles include managing a local glass business specializing in residential replacement windows, tabletop glass, and insulated units. Ronda has been with Royal Glass for over 15 years. Ronda wears many hats including office manager, order management, and estimator. Her overall knowledge of the glass business and dedication to her craft makes her a valuable asset to Royal Glass.
Erica has been with Royal Glass since 2021. Erica started as a scheduling coordinator and quickly assumed the role of operations manage. She has many roles, in addition to operations manager such as CSR, managing the daily flow of work, ordering shower door hardware, customer communications, and certain administrative tasks. Erica is very detailed oriented and has the ability to see the big picture as it relates to the many varieties of work that Royal Glass takes on.
Chris has been with Royal Glass since 2017. Chris is our lead shop technician responsible for completing customer orders, receiving and checking in product, and maintaining inventory. Chris started as a field technician and is skilled at shower door, mirror, and insulated unit installations. Chris holds the OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training Certification
Ray has been with Royal Glass since 2016. Ray has been a lead technician in our after paint work, including shelving, mirror, and shower door installations. Ray also is an accomplished commercial glass technician on our many storefront projects. Ray holds the OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training Certification
Matt arrived at Royal Glass in 2019 without any previous glass experience. Since that time, Matt has progressed from an entry level technician involved in our after paint projects to a frameless glass shower technician leading many of our installations. He also excels at installing mirrors and insulated glass units. Matt holds the OSHA 30 Safety Training Certification
Jonathan has been with Royal Glass since early 2025. Jonathan brings a history of working in construction and home remodeling projects. While at Royal Glass, Jon has been involved as an entry level technician working on Frameless glass showers and commercial storefronts, as well as mirror installations.
Ben has been with Royal Glass since 2021. Ben has been mainly involved in our after paint program as a lead installer of our shelving products, framed shower doors, and mirror installations. Ben holds the OSHA 30 Safety Training Certification.
Nick is the newest member of the Royal Glass team, starting in 2026. Nick is a technician in training. In his short time with Royal Glass, Nick has learned how to cut and polish glass and to handle glass safely.
